We've developed your custom plan and assessed your needs - now we put your plan into action! We set up filing systems, reorganize the flow of a room for space efficiency, donate rarely used items…and so much more.

Files (Paper, Financial and Electronic)
• Sort, organize, and archive important documents, photographs, mail, and email and more
• Create and implement comprehensive paper management systems to make your life easier

Information
• Manage paper flow, both in and out
• Install email filters for less junk mail
• Create folders for email account(s) and manage files on your computer

Personal and Household Items
•  Sort and categorize depending upon frequency of use and importance
•  Store rarely-used clothing, books, toys, etc.
•  Make donations of all-but-forgotten items (a great tax deduction!)

Step 3 - Maintenance

Periodic maintenance of the systems we create for you is an integral facet of the Custom Living Solutions method. We believe that in order to provide you with the organizational tools that will last you a lifetime, regular to semi-regular check-ups, evaluating the effectiveness of the systems created, and making any necessary adjustments, are key.
